The room was beautiful. The location was amazing, very close to the sea, the local pub, and a fish and chip restaurant.- The staff were great.- The apartment was well-equipped with an oven, kitchenware, and a washing machine.

We had an amazing time staying in this modern, cosy apartment with stunning sea views. the location was ideal, right at the harbour in a quiet fishing village. the apartment was clean and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like books and games. Our host, Emma, was friendly and helpful, even allowing our children to interact with her chickens. We enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions and dining at the fantastic seafood restaurant on the harbour. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The apartment lacked a dedicated parking space, which posed a minor inconvenience.

Whether you want to cook your own meals or dine at a nearby restaurant, everything you need is conveniently located. the room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. the service is top-notch, with the friendly and helpful host ensuring a pleasant stay. there are plenty of facilities and room advantages, such as good wifi and a selection of books and DVDs for entertainment.

The back courtyard and stairs to the cottage could use a bit of cleaning. A simple sweep or hose down would make it more user-friendly.

gowan bank was a perfect valentine's day getaway - comfy, clean, and the breathtaking sea views were beyond expectations. we enjoyed exploring nearby towns and attractions all week. the owner was friendly and the apartment had everything we needed and more. can't wait to return!

I had an incredible stay at Gowan Bank in Gourdon. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had breathtaking views of the harbor and sea. The open plan layout and generous-sized bedrooms added to the overall comfort. The attention to detail was remarkable, with everything I could possibly need available, including books and DVDs for entertainment. I was able to explore various nearby attractions, such as Montrose, Stonehaven Seaside Walk, and Dunnottar. The friendly and picturesque village of Gourdon offered lovely walks along the coastline and delicious meals at The Lobster Shop. I highly recommend Gowan Bank for a fantastic holiday experience.
